Preventive Maintenance
Preventive maintenance of the exhaust system in Abha Power diesel generators is essential to ensure optimal performance, safety, and long service life. The exhaust system plays a critical role in directing harmful gases away from the engine and reducing noise levels during operation. Regular inspection should include checking for leaks, corrosion, loose clamps, damaged gaskets, and excessive carbon buildup.
Installation & Commissioning
We provide complete end-to-end solutions to our customers once the DG set is purchased, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience. Our team offers specialized services for Installation & Commissioning (I&C), carried out strictly as per the prescribed technical guidelines and industry standards. Proper installation and commissioning play a crucial role in enhancing the operational efficiency, safety, and overall lifespan of the generator set.
Maintenance Schedule
The first maintenance service should be carried out after 100 operating hours or within 3 months, whichever comes first. This initial service ensures that all components are functioning properly and helps maintain optimal performance of the equipment.
The second maintenance service should be performed after 500 operating hours or within 12 months. Regular maintenance at this stage helps extend the lifespan of the equipment, ensures reliable operation, and prevents potential issues caused by wear and tear.
AMCs & CAMCs
A package customer made as per customer’s requirements. Provide total peace of mind to the customer enabling him to have higher attention to his core business. The Package comes in Fully Loaded version (i.e., CAMC) whch includes agreed number of Preventive maintenance services and includes almost all parts (including but not restricted to consumables, e.g., filters, oil, hoses, belts etc) as well as unlimited breakdown services. The version least loaded involves agreed number of Preventive maintenance services along with consumables, e.g., filters & oil.
Spare Parts
Abha Power has a strong network of 138 service dealers called MAGEICs (Abha Power Authorised Gensets & Industrial Engines Centers), spread all over the country. Supplies of Spare parts to all our valued customers are catered through these MAGIECs network.
